Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Fair housing training (we can provide).
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service.
• Ensure routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.
