Job summary

Saul Centers, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Waycroft in Arlington, VA. Under the direction of the Chief Engineer, you will maintain the property and provide superior resident service.

You should have 3–5 years of engineering maintenance experience, be able to lift 60 lbs, and work at heights up to 25 feet. The role requires flexibility for a 24/7 operation and potential weekend or overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in engineering or building maintenance with strong customer service.
• Experience performing HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Able to lift 60 lbs and work at heights up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining the property and systems.
• Process resident service requests promptly and document work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance and unit turnovers/renovations.
• Support 24/7 community operations; weekend or overnight hours may be required.
