Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum of 5 yrs experience in property management.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong written, verbal, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to plan, multitask, and lead a maintenance team.
• Ability to train and direct maintenance staff.
• Willingness to earn relevant EPA/OSHA designations.
• Solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance tasks and inspect work.
• Manage resident service requests with 24-hour target completion.
• Schedule on-call rotations and assist with service.
• Keep safety materials current (MSDS, Hazard Communication, EPA regs, OSHA).
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and budget adherence.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and inspect tools.
• Identify utility and fixture cut-offs and map locations.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials.
• Ensure grounds are tidy and safe; perform additional duties as assigned.
