Related Management Company in Washington, DC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations at two luxury properties, One Hill South and 10K Hill South. You will supervise maintenance, janitorial teams, and building operations while ensuring resident satisfaction and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Oversee building operations, maintenance teams, and facilities management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and emergency response.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and work order platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance, facilities, and technical services staff, plus contractors.
• Set expectations, provide direction, and ensure scopes of work are understood.
• Plan and adjust schedules including on-call rotations for all shifts.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs and give feedback to the team.
• Communicate with residents about maintenance matters and coordinate with management.
