Job summary

RHO Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to safeguard the property's physical integrity and provide a safe living environment for residents, staff and visitors. You will supervise on-site maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include budgeting support with the Director of Operations, scheduling, safety program adherence, and ensuring make-readies and grounds upkeep meet company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read/write English fluently and perform basic to intermediate math.
• Technical certification a plus.
• Minimum of three to four years in property management maintenance or related field.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is maintained per safety and operating standards.
• Oversee on-site maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Prioritize service requests and maintain maintenance records.
• Prepare staffing schedules and manage budgets within guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety practices.
• Ensure turn-key readiness of vacant units and grounds upkeep.
