Job summary

Related Management Company seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two luxury properties, One Hill South and 10K Hill South. You’ll lead maintenance and janitorial teams, manage work orders, and ensure high resident satisfaction with proactive vendor oversight and safety compliance.

You’ll direct daily operations, schedule on-call rotations, and coordinate with management to drive service excellence across all shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overseeing building ops, maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, emergency response and vendor oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, vendors and leadership.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems, work orders, and building tech.
• HS diploma or equivalent; trades or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations for two luxury properties.
• Direct and monitor work orders across all shifts for timely completion.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and document in the CMMS.
• Review workflows, vendor performance, and safety compliance.
• Lead maintenance staff and contractors; coordinate on-call rotations.
• Provide updates to General Manager on risks and operations.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and life-safety requirements.
