Job summary

Hudson Grace is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to manage end-to-end creation of new products from concept to production. You will coordinate samples, timing, and vendor communications while collaborating with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams.

This on-site role at the Hudson Grace office in Sausalito, CA requires strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail to keep development files and specifications up to date and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, sourcing, production, or a related field.
• BFA or BS in related design field preferred.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, ERP, or product information systems a plus.
• Proficient in Google Suites and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Google Sheets).
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Support development from concept through final production and manage samples.
• Coordinate vendor samples, quotes, and production updates with domestic and international partners.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain product data, images, specifications, and development files across systems.
