Job summary

Ardmore Home Design (AHD) is seeking a detail-oriented product data coordinator to own seasonal collections from concept to launch. You will coordinate timelines with internal teams and overseas vendors, maintain ERP data, and generate product reports while ensuring accuracy and quality across all data sheets.

The role requires strong project coordination, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teams and overseas vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned seasonal product collections from concept through launch.
• Develop and drive project timelines with internal stakeholders and overseas vendors.
• Manage product development samples and data in ERP/Excel with accuracy.
• Identify risks and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update product database and generate detailed data reports.
• Prepare product information and resolve data discrepancies with the manager.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts for product development challenges.
• Provide excellent internal customer service for product information.
• Support onsite marketing photoshoots with layouts and data sheets.
