Ardmore Home Design (AHD) is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead all daily warehouse and distribution activities. This hands-on role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, process improvement, and building strong teams on the shop floor to support luxury home décor distribution.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of senior warehouse leadership, experience with ERP/WMS/TMS, and a proven track record developing leaders, reducing costs, and ensuring safety and accuracy across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• 7+ years in warehouse/distribution with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for daily warehouse operations.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, quality control, repairs, and related functions.
• Develop, standardize, and enforce SOPs to improve consistency and safety.
• Lead workforce planning, scheduling, and overtime with KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve warehouse issues and enable growth.
• Hire and develop supervisors and frontline staff; build succession plans.
