Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools; CRM/analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development and execution of email marketing campaigns across Ardmore Home Design brands, ensuring accuracy, branding, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain email and seasonal marketing calendars, timelines, task lists, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Production, Marketing, Creative, Graphics, PR, Sales and other teams to gather content and approvals.
  • Proofread and quality-check email content, links, images, product information, audience segments, and other campaign details.
  • Assist with audience segmentation and list management for relevant customer groups.
  • Track and report on email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement).
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and customer experience.
  • Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, timing, and other elements; document learnings.
  • Assist with automated and triggered email programs and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support broader marketing projects with planning, scheduling, and tracking of seasonal launches.

About the Position

The Email Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across Ardmore Home Design's portfolio of luxury home brands. This role coordinates email campaigns from concepting topics through creative development, maintains campaign calendars, manages audience segmentation, and tracks and reports on campaign performance. The position also provides project coordination support for seasonal marketing initiatives, helping maintain timelines, organize assets and approvals, and keep cross-functional projects on track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities, and interested in using data and performance insights to continuously improve email marketing efforts. What you can do for us:
  • Coordinate the development and execution of email marketing campaigns across AHD brands, ensuring campaigns are accurate, on brand, and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain email and seasonal marketing calendars, timelines, task lists, and status updates to keep campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives organized and on track.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Marketing, Creative, Graphics, PR, Sales, and other internal teams to gather content, product information, imagery, and approvals.
  • Proofread and quality-check email content, links, images, product information, audience segments, and other campaign details prior to deployment.
  • Support audience segmentation and list management to help deliver relevant communications to the appropriate customer groups.
  • Track and report on email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and other key metrics.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve email engagement, campaign performance, and the customer experience.
  • Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, creative, timing, and other campaign elements and help document learnings.
  • Assist with automated and triggered email programs, including campaign setup, testing, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support broader marketing projects by assisting with project planning, scheduling, and tracking across seasonal launches and following up on timelines, deliverables, creative assets, and approvals.
  • Assist with content and asset coordination for seasonal launches and marketing materials, including product selection, copy, imagery, product details, pricing, finishes, availability, and approvals.
  • Support proofing, revisions, and final approvals for email and other assigned marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Communicate project updates, deadlines, and requests between internal teams and external partners, and maintain organized campaign files, project documentation, calendars, and status updates.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing team as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform; experience building and deploying email campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Comfort working with data and campaign performance metrics, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Monday.com preferred); experience with project management, e-commerce, CRM, or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Compensation:
