Ardmore Home Design is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns across our luxury home brands. You will coordinate campaigns from concepting to approvals, manage calendars, and work with multiple internal teams to gather content and assets.

The Email Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across Ardmore Home Design's portfolio of luxury home brands. This role coordinates email campaigns from concepting topics through creative development, maintains campaign calendars, manages audience segmentation, and tracks and reports on campaign performance. The position also provides project coordination support for seasonal marketing initiatives, helping maintain timelines, organize assets and approvals, and keep cross-functional projects on track. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities, and interested in using data and performance insights to continuously improve email marketing efforts. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Starting base pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
