Air Charter Service in San Jose seeks a Private Jet Sales Consultant to connect with high-net-worth clients and manage end-to-end charter bookings. You will build a premier client list, cultivate relationships, and act as the trusted advisor for each trip, including on-call flight operations support.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a luxury or high-consideration category.
• A track record of winning in sales, sports, or entrepreneurship.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Drive to turn relationships into revenue and build long-term client relationships.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client list through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team, growing a wide and effective network inside and outside the organization.
• Manage charter bookings end to end, from inquiry to completion, as the trusted advisor behind every trip.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process.
• Present and undertake public speaking with skill and confidence.
• Cover flight operations as part of a defined on-call rotation 24/7.
• Make clear, timely decisions that keep clients happy and flights on schedule.
