Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of closing experience in sales or account executive roles.
• Experience in private aviation, luxury services, hospitality, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Comfortable selling premium products with large deal sizes.

Responsibilities

• Sell private jet charter flights and jet card programs end-to-end.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads through the full sales cycle.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with high-net-worth individuals and companies.
• Quote pricing, present options, and guide clients to close.
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal notes in HubSpot CRM.
• Use Gong.io feedback to continuously improve talk tracks and close rates.
• Collaborate with operations and concierge teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Consistently hit or exceed revenue and performance targets.
