Responsibilities

• Oversee dining service, beverage operations, reservations, and seating strategies.
• Lead F&B managers, maître d’s, and front-of-house teams to deliver personalized member experiences.
• Develop staffing, training, and scheduling aligned with forecasted business levels.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Partner with culinary leadership on menu execution, timing, and service flow.
