Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B operations: manage front- and back-of-house functions, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with Midtown standards across locations.
• Own the member experience: deliver a high-quality hospitality experience with a balanced, social atmosphere.
• Lead the club’s Senior Leadership Team across departments to advance priorities and achieve goals.
• Drive revenue, expenses, labor, and COGS to meet financial targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates and supervisors.
