Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 5 years’ engineering/maintenance experience or
2-year degree with 4 years’ related experience in HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Engineering department to ensure safe, efficient facilities.
Supervise preventive/corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
Support Director of Engineering in emergency response and capital projects.
Oversee work orders, maintenance schedules, inspections, and records.
Lead and develop engineering team; promote service-oriented culture.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDNY, DOB and safety policies.
Manage BAS/BMS operation and facility system performance.
Assist with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
Ensure facilities meet luxury standards for members, guests, staff.
