Beacon Grand in San Francisco is seeking a Post Room Bartender to deliver a refined bar experience aligned with our historic luxury standard. You will combine classic bartending craft with anticipatory service for restaurant guests and events, ensuring exceptional beverage quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending in upscale or luxury venues.
• Classic and contemporary cocktail knowledge.
• Current alcohol service certification (TIPS/ServSafe).
• Cash handling and POS experience.
• Ability to read Banquet Event Orders.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the bar is impeccably set and fully stocked at the start of each shift.
• Prepare, label, and store garnishes, juices, and perishables daily.
• Welcome guests and guide beverage offerings; take and record orders.
• Maintain current alcohol service certification and adhere to safety policies.
• Uphold sanitation standards at the bar and surrounding areas.
• Review Banquet Event Orders and function sheets to anticipate requirements.
• Break down bars after events and reconcile transfers per policy.
• Collaborate with restaurant and banquet teams to deliver refined service during events.
• Communicate guest feedback and operational challenges to the F&B Manager.
• Follow safety procedures for equipment handling and glassware care.
