Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in fine dining or upscale venues.
• In-depth mixology knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• RBS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Interact with guests to provide recommendations and customize drinks.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area and sanitize tools.
• Restock bar supplies and manage stock levels.
• Operate bar equipment and process orders through POS.
• Handle payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate orders.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service and verify IDs.
