• Current Food Handler Certification.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification and ABC Server ID.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum two years of bartender experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Prepare drink items, including table side service, per hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines, beers and garnishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest requests promptly.
• Adhere to state liquor regulations and payment policies.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas.
• Restock supplies and communicate special requests to kitchen/BOH.
