Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a Pool Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the oceanfront resort. You will describe menu items, support efficient service, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality while working within the A&G Division and reporting to the Pool & Beach Management Team.

The role requires a minimum of three months in a related position, ability to carry a tray, and comfort handling cash/credit transactions.

Qualifications

Minimum three months of employment in a related position.
Ability to carry and balance a tray.
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
Ability to move large towel bins and pick up soiled linens.
Interact with guests and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Customer service oriented, attention to detail, maintain professionalism and composure in high-paced, high-volume environment, guest recognition and remembering preferences.

Responsibilities

Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests, offering vivid descriptions, communicate guest orders to the kitchen using the POS, coordinate food timings, and transport items to tables.
Prepare and maintain table preparation and cleanliness; ensure guests have everything they need.
Anticipate guest needs, input details into reservations system, set up guests' seats poolside with towels and umbrellas, respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
