Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Pool Server to provide exceptional guest service by describing food and beverage offerings, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining impeccable poolside service. You will help guests with seating, towels, and umbrellas, while delivering a premium luxury experience in a beautiful oceanfront setting.

The role requires physical activity, excellent customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months in related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Able to carry and balance a tray.
• Able to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Able to move large towel bins and pick up soiled linens.
• Interact with guests and maintain an organized workspace.
• Customer service focused, detail oriented, professional in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Describe food & beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions and relay orders to kitchen via POS system.
• Prepare and maintain table setting and cleanliness; ensure guests have what they need.
• Anticipate guest needs, manage reservations details, assist with seating, towels, umbrellas, water service, and cleanliness after guest departure.

Pool Server

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods . This role is part of the A&G Division , reporting to the Pool & Beach Management Team . Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with guest's original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Prepare and maintain table preparation and cleanliness. Ensure guest has everything they need and nothing they don't .
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, inputting detailed information into the reservations system, set-up guests' seats pool side with ample towels and umbrella to guests' preference, water service, removal of linen, or any trash items, cleaning of guest area after departure, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .

What You Will Bring

• Minimum three months of employment in related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.

• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Ability to move large towel bins and pick-up soiled linens.
• Interact with guests and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Customer service oriented, attention to detail, maintain professionalism and composure in high -paced, high-volume environment, guest recognition and remembering preferences .
