Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson is seeking a Pool Attendant to greet guests, manage pool area activities, and ensure safety and seamless programming. You will support daily events, assist with cabana reservations, and help maintain a welcoming, upscale pool environment.

Ideal candidates bring guest-service experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. CPR/First Aid is preferred, and familiarity with outdoor recreation enhances the role’s impact.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Hospitality background is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at pools, beach areas, fitness centers, and recreation desks; provide information on amenities, hours, and programming.
• Host and support daily activities (e.g., fitness classes, lawn games, children's crafts, movie nights, seasonal events).
• Create a warm, friendly atmosphere while adhering to brand standards.
• Assist with cabana and chair reservations; guide guests to locations and provide setup.
• Monitor recreation areas for safety and cleanliness; enforce rules and policies.
• Set up and break down daily equipment; respond to spills or weather changes promptly.
• Support incident response and emergency procedures; assist lifeguard staff when needed.
