Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson seeks a Pool Attendant to welcome guests, support pool and recreation activities, and help create memorable experiences in a luxury setting.

You will assist with cabana reservations, safety, and program execution, maintaining brand standards and coordinating with other departments for seamless service. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and Lifeguard experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in hospitality or recreation is preferred.
• Safety-conscious with ability to manage spaces and incidents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead activities.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and provide information on facilities, hours, and programming.
• Host daily activities and assist with equipment setups and reservations.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, aligned with Loews brand standards.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure guest requests and safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with shuttle duties and basic first-aid if certified.
• Maintain inventory and assist with event setup and breakdown.
