You will greet guests, enforce rules, monitor safety, assist with resident requests, set up the pool area, and handle daily opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with sound judgment.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, verify access, and manage check-in procedures.
• Maintain an attentive, service-oriented presence throughout the pool area.
• Enforce pool rules, safety standards, and policies consistently and courteously.
• Monitor activity to ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable environment for all.
• Deliver concierge-level service and assist with resident requests.
• Set up and maintain the pool deck, seating, umbrellas, and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and surrounding spaces.
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
• Report incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Support additional duties or special projects as assigned.
