Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years bartending or related work experience.
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mocktails.
• Proficient cash and credit card transaction handling.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS & ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks per menu and standards.
• Confirm guest orders with the lounge server using the POS system and verify accuracy.
• Serve bar foods and assist with bar inventory and garnishments.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
