Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services or call-center sales and operations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using tools to manage client interactions.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities
