Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue, a member of Exemplar Luxury Group, seeks a Fashion Consultant for the Fifth Avenue Club to drive personal shopping and clienteling in a luxury, exclusive space. You will recruit, develop, and service clients, manage digital presence, and collaborate with the alterations team to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will build an elite client base, execute events, and promote the Saks brand across social platforms while maintaining outstanding service and meeting sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
• Experience with luxury fashion and lifestyle.
• Experience working with sales quotas and comfort with meeting sales targets in a commission based selling environment.
• An established network or client base on multiple Social Media platforms, and the ability to support business digitally through content creation.
• Experience executing events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service and develop client relationships.
• Recruit new clients through Club events and grow existing clients.
• Generate ideas to develop personal business opportunities and meet/exceed goals.
• Record and maintain client information using online tools to support your business.
• Source products via Saks inventory networks including Flagship stores, endless aisle, and distribution centers.
• Engage with clients and assist with alterations guidance.
• Maintain a digital presence to attract new clientele and promote the business.
• Be the community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
