The Watermark Hotel is seeking a PBX Operator to be the voice of the property under the B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. The role requires delivering refined, anticipatory service and personal connections that exceed guest expectations.

You will connect guests to services, manage wake-up calls, and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in luxury hospitality, PBX, guest services, or reservations preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly with refined, personalized language aligned with Forbes standards.
• Operate as the central communication hub, routing calls accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Manage wake-up calls with precision and maintain detailed messages and requests.
