Job summary

El Encanto is seeking a PBX Agent to serve as the central communications hub for guests, callers, and colleagues. You will deliver warm, polished service with professional telephone etiquette, anticipating guest needs and ensuring information is accurately relayed to the right department.

You will manage incoming calls, document requests, and coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other teams to support seamless operations and personalized guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Answer incoming guest and external telephone calls promptly, warmly, and in accordance with luxury service standards.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience through refined language and active listening.
• Represent the hotel professionally while routing calls to the appropriate departments.
