Job summary

The Stelle, a luxury resort opening in late summer 2027 in Utah, seeks an experienced Owner Relations Manager to serve as the primary liaison to residence owners. You will coordinate across hotel departments to protect owners’ interests and ensure discreet, personalized service throughout the rental management program.

Candidates should bring at least five years in luxury hospitality, strong relationship skills, and proficiency with 365, CRM tools, and owner-relations platforms.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in luxury hospitality, branded residences, or high-touch environments.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with affluent clients discreetly and diplomatically.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret agreements and escalate to executives for guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal day-to-day contact for residence owners and authorized family members.
• Coordinate owner profiles, preferences, and service histories to anticipate needs.
• Explain rental-program processes clearly and coordinate stays with operating teams.
• Maintain owner records, prepare regular reports, and manage communications with HOA and resort leadership.
