Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality seeks a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy for The Stelle, a new luxury resort in Park City, Utah. You will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash management and audit coordination for this boutique property.

You'll partner with owners and HOA boards, drive performance improvements, and guide the annual budget and business plan while ensuring accuracy and compliance across resort operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading financial strategy for hospitality real estate preferred.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and cash-management skills.
• Strong ability to present to owners and executives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise resort accounting, reporting and cash management.
• Coordinate monthly and annual financial statements and audits.
• Oversee budgeting, annual business plans and capital budgets.
• Liaise with HOA board and owners on financial reporting and compliance.
• Analyze operating results and recommend cost controls and profit improvements.
