Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality seeks a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy for The Stelle, a luxury boutique mountain resort located in Park City, Utah. You will join the executive team to shape budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and guest-experience excellence.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality background, strong supervisory experience, and demonstrated ability presenting to ownership; HOA experience is a plus and will influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Forward-thinking, solution-oriented leadership with supervisory experience.
• Experience presenting to ownership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee accounting practices, maintain financial records, and prepare reports including budgeting and cash management.
• Coordinate reporting with owners and participate in partner meetings; provide monthly custom reports.
• Oversee HOA/Condominium financials; liaise with HOA board; ensure fiduciary and legal compliance.
• Lead year-end audit process; coordinate with external auditors and finalize adjustments.
• Review cash flows and communicate with executives and owners as needed.
• Supervise monthly and annual financial statements; analyze variances; ensure clear narratives.
• Drive annual budgeting, capital budgets, and business plans for the resort.
• Verify appropriations against budgets to prevent overspending.
