Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting guests with luggage. This overnight role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and careful attention to safety and guest needs.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining rates, processing tickets, and providing local information. A valid driver's license and basic English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state of application.
• One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect claim checks, log tickets accurately.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities.
