Brobston Group LLC's Sacramento outlet seeks an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership, driving customer experiences in a luxury home furnishings outlet. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality, presentation, and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will build high-performing teams, manage hiring and development with Field Leadership, and maintain visual standards aligned with the Outlet vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Team Members to create a performance-driven, people-first culture.
• Manage hiring, development, performance management, and career transitions in partnership with Field Leadership and People.
• Ensure visual presentation and store standards align with the Outlet vision for quality and operational excellence.
• Champion profit protection through risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, support rollouts, and drive results.
