Responsibilities

• Conduct showroom consultations to understand needs, budget, and design preferences.
• Educate clients on materials, layouts, appliances, and outdoor living options.
• Collaborate with design team to develop proposals and 3D drawings when needed.
• Present proposals, handle objections, and close sales in a consultative manner.
• Maintain a pipeline through follow-up, referrals, and networking within local real estate, builder, and designer communities.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure handed-off projects meet client expectations.
• Track leads, appointments, proposals, and closed sales in the CRM.
• Represent the company at local events, open houses, or networking functions.
• Stay current on product offerings, material options, pricing, and industry trends.
