Job summary

Channel Partners in Houston seeks a Meta Experience Optician to build lasting client relationships, guide frame and lens choices, and deliver luxury service while maintaining optical standards. You will support the Store Manager, mentor teammates, and drive sales performance with precise measurements and compliant handling of prescriptions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have ABO certification.
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.
• Ability to display credentials on site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience that exceeds customer satisfaction ratings.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Guide clients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to lifestyle, prescription, and style.
• Engage in sale, facilitation of sale, and dispensing eyewear.
• Troubleshoot and answer questions for customers.
