Qualifications

• Active ABO certification and state optician licensure are required.
• Must possess and maintain an active Hawaii Dispensing Optician License.
• Credentials must be available on-site.
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience that exceeds satisfaction ratings.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Guide clients in selecting frames and lenses to suit lifestyle and prescription.
• Engage in the sale and dispensing of eyewear, and answer customer questions.
• Adhere to state laws and privacy requirements surrounding prescriptions and data.
• Train, coach, and mentor teammates to elevate performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and visual presentation on the sales floor.
