Vision Associates, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Optician for our Spokane Valley location. The successful candidate will lead in-store service, guide clients in selecting frames and lenses, and ensure quality controls meet Luxury Retail standards.

You will build lasting client relationships, stay current on products and fashion trends, and contribute to a premium customer experience through accurate measurements, professional service, and teamwork with store

Qualifications

• Licensed Optician required with state licensure or certification.
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury service.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high standards of sales and service.
• Delivers exceptional client service and meets sales targets.
• Builds and maintains a strong client following.
• Guides customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Takes and records measurements accurately; adjusts eyewear.
• Ensures eyewear meets luxury retail quality standards.
• Keeps up with product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Maintains store presentation and back office standards.
• Maintains inventory controls.
• Understands store policies and procedures.
• Trains and mentors staff.
• Supports events setup and execution.
• Upholds Luxottica Retail values and leads by example.
