Visionworks in Spokane is seeking a Part-Time Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to drive the customer journey and achieve daily sales goals. You will guide eyewear selections, leverage optical knowledge, and train team members to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes product expertise, customer experience, and accurate fitting, with opportunities to contribute to store performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience and education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day store operations including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.
