Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work extra hours.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell.
• Team-player, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Problem-solver who handles workload pressure well.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets via upselling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store channels.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
