Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a General Manager - Operations for Mr. C Residences in Miami, responsible for delivering organized, service-driven operations aligned with KWPM standards and luxury positioning.

You will lead resident-facing and admin teams, coordinate with the Board and Developer, manage budgets and contracts, ensure readiness for emergencies, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing community operations.
• Florida CAM license required.
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic direction established by the Managing Director and Board through day-to-day operations.
• Oversee resident-facing and administrative departments with a visible leadership presence.
• Establish expectations, operating routines, and timely follow-through.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement corrective action.
• Partner with the Director of Facilities on engineering, life safety, emergencies, and facilities-related matters.
• Maintain readiness for emergencies and business continuity events.
• Supervise and develop department leaders and staff.
• Manage budgets, payroll, expenses, contracts, and budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies.
• Support Board-approved priorities and communicate effectively with residents and stakeholders.
