Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting seeks an experienced General Manager - Operations to lead on-site operations for a luxury community. You will oversee multiple departments, ensure service excellence, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the Managing Director and Facilities team.

The role requires a Florida CAM license, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering organized, cost-conscious operations in a high-service environment. Travel locally is possible.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing a community operations team is required.
• Florida CAM license is mandatory for the role.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and supervisory skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic direction set by the Managing Director and Board through daily operations.
• Oversee resident-facing and administrative departments with a visible leadership presence.
• Establish clear expectations, accountability, routines, and follow-through.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Facilities on engineering, life safety, and vendor matters.
• Maintain readiness for emergencies and business continuity.
