Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality-related education preferred.
• 3+ years experience in catering, luxury hospitality, or related customer service environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns catering event execution from setup through service and breakdown, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Serves as the primary onsite lead during events and VIP visits.
• Maintains presentation standards, food displays, and room readiness to luxury standards.
• Ensures on-time delivery of catering orders according to specifications and guest expectations.
