Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner; handle deliveries and notify residents.
Provide information on community amenities, local services, and events; stay updated on local happenings.
Serve as central contact for residents; address inquiries and relay messages.
Monitor building entrances and enforce access control policies with appropriate staff.
On-site presence required; move around the building to address matters and meet tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors.
