Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office and Yardi.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic security procedures; NYS Security Guard license is a plus.
• Work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and manage package deliveries.
• Provide information on community amenities, local services, events, dining, and entertainment.
• Serve as central contact for residents and relay messages as needed.
• Monitor building entrances and enforce access control.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Be on-site and move throughout the building to address matters with tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors.
• Ascend/descend stairs and handle packages over 50 pounds.
• Adapt to varying environmental conditions.
• Perform duties outside normal responsibilities when required.
