Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and financial reconciliation in a luxury hotel environment. You will serve as the overnight ambassador, ensuring Forbes 5-Star service and accurate end-of-day reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office or night audit experience, familiarity with PMS and basic accounting, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining a high standard of guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of front office or night audit experience at a luxury hotel; Forbes 5-Star or AAA Five Diamond experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve errors efficiently.
• Professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently overnight.
• Strong knowledge of Charleston's local area, dining, attractions, and transportation options.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays consistently.
• Capable of responding quickly and calmly to guest emergencies or safety situations.
• Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet late-arriving guests and assist with check-in/check-out to Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and issues with ownership of resolution.
• Maintain a calm lobby presence overnight to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Provide personalized service by recognizing guest preferences and special occasions.
• Oversee overnight room service or housekeeping requests when other departments are unavailable.
• Audit, balance, and consolidate revenue transactions across departments.
• Reconcile cash drawers, credit card transactions, and folios; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports and accounting summaries.
• Post charges/payments to guest accounts and ensure folio accuracy.
• Monitor property for unusual activity and coordinate with security as needed.
• Conduct property walks to keep public areas clean, orderly, and secure.
• Coordinate emergency procedures with hotel leadership as required.
• Prepare end-of-shift reporting for morning management and front office teams.
• Brief the early shift on overnight events and outstanding guest needs.
