You will balance revenue, reconcile transactions, and prepare daily reports for management. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury hotel night audit or front desk roles, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work independently overnight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office or night audit operations at a luxury hotel or high-end property.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication, able to work independently overnight.
• Knowledge of Charleston area, dining, attractions, and transportation options.

Responsibilities

• Greet late-arriving guests and manage check-in/check-out in line with Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Audit, balance, and consolidate all revenue transactions for the day across departments.
• Reconcile cash drawers, credit cards, and folios; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and accounting summaries for management.
• Post charges to guest accounts and ensure folios are accurate for review.
• Monitor security, handle overnight emergencies, and communicate with leadership as needed.
