Job summary

Centurion Selection is seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent in Boston, responsible for delivering luxury multifamily projects safely and on schedule. You will work closely with the Project Management team, oversee subcontractors, and ensure quality control on-site.

The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of experience in field supervision, particularly with multi-family and concrete podium projects. A Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and OSHA certification are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated field supervision experience on large-scale, multi-family projects.
• Proven track record on concrete podium projects.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive field direction to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
• Manage and direct all trade subcontractors on-site.
• Oversee the inspection process and drive rigorous punch lists.
