Thompson Thrift is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Venture on Venetucci in Colorado Springs, CO. You will drive occupancy and revenue by delivering an engaging resident experience and guiding prospects through the leasing journey.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of leasing or related experience, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work some evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Experience in multifamily leasing or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, providing personalized tours highlighting value and features.
• Guide prospects through the application and leasing process, addressing questions and objections.
• Support leasing performance by contributing to occupancy goals and conversions.
• Respond to prospect inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms promptly and professionally.
• Deliver high-level customer service to prospective and current residents to support satisfaction and retention.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including online presence, reputation management and community events.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the community, amenities, and local market to position the property effectively.
• Prepare lease documentation, process applications, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with resident move-ins and onboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with on-site management and team members to sustain a high-performing leasing environment.
