Job summary

The Mill at Westside in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Class A Leasing Agent to join our onsite team. This full-time role focuses on luxury multifamily leasing from inquiry to move-in, delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Candidates should have prior Class A or luxury multifamily leasing experience and RealPage/OneSite proficiency; strong sales, organization, and customer service are essential. Weekend availability and a professional presentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Experience with Class A or luxury multifamily communities preferred.
• RealPage/OneSite experience required.
• Proven ability to generate leases and meet leasing goals.
• Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email, internet, and walk-in leads promptly and professionally
• Conduct engaging property and apartment tours tailored to each prospect's needs
• Build rapport with prospects and confidently ask for the lease
• Maintain consistent prospect follow-up and manage the leasing pipeline
• Accurately complete applications, leasing documentation, and move-in paperwork
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information within RealPage/OneSite
• Stay knowledgeable about current availability, pricing, specials, floor plans, and community amenities
• Understand the competitive market and effectively communicate the value of the community
• Assist with resident relations, renewals, resident events, and retention efforts
• Help maintain the appearance and presentation of the leasing office, model apartments, amenities, and tour path
• Complete daily outreach, follow-up, and leasing activity goals
• Follow all Fair Housing laws, company policies, and leasing procedures
• Work closely with the property manager, assistant manager, maintenance team, and other onsite team members to provide a seamless resident experience
